I just watched the u tube video. Your bitch did well, the judge was obsessed with her brisket and width in front which is stupid because you don't want a 12-18 mo bitch bodied up yet.You screwed up on the triangle- there is no need to stop and circle and waste the judges time- they hate that. The other bitch had the worst going away movement I know you hated getting beat by her.But don't worry you have a really really nice bitch - she exudes breed type and is stunning in motion.Get some fluff out or cherry knoll coat dressing or mousse or something to fluff out her coat under her sternum and behind her elbows on her brisket and ditch the 12-18 mo class except at specialty or specialty supported entries and put her in open and act like you belong there.Look for judges who love movement and extreme type because that is what you have.Get a little quicker stacking. When the other bitch was going on around the judge looked at Catie and you had your butt in the air. Don't take your hands off her head when you set her rear- ever! That is the sign of a novice and you know how scared judges are of putting up novices.Keep your right hand under her chin and set her rear with your left hand.Reach UNDER her, not over. She reminds me of a Sirhan Porchai daughter I once had many years ago.I showed Sighthounds for 30 years- feel free to ask any handling questions and good luck, she is gorgeous.
